This is a sample quotation as an indication of the detail we show in our fixed price estimates.

Further to your recent fax, please find enclosed our estimate for the works required to the lift cars at the above site.

Approximate internal dimensions of the existing lift cars are 1600 wide x 2400 deep x 2300 high, complete with two speed doors having an approximate clear opening of 1300 x 2100.

Strip out all redundant and unwanted finishes from within the existing lift car and clear from site.

Prepare and pack as required and supply and fit 20g 304 grade satin polished stainless steel skins to the two No. sets of fixed car fronts, comprising of the front returns, headers and slam posts as necessary.

Prepare and pack as required and supply and fit white plastic coated steel panelling to the lift car ceiling.

Supply and fit a satin polished stainless steel angle type drop ceiling, complete with white eggcrate, clear prismatic diffuser, fluorescent light fittings and an 8w emergency light unit, all wired to an existing supply on the lift car roof.

Supply and fit 2 No. rows of 304 grade satin polished stainless steel dado rails to the two side walls only, app. 150 x 25 in section.

Supply and fit 304 grade satin polished stainless steel ventilated skirting to two side walls only, app. 150 x 25 in section

Pack and prepare as required and supply and fit to the full height of the two side walls, standard range laminate panelling trimmed and edged black, complete with black flash gaps as required.

A cut out will be provided in the side wall for the free issue car operating panel back box, which is to be fitted by the lift Co.

Pack and prepare as required and supply and fit 'Altro Mondopave' 4mm thick studded rubber tiles to the lift car floor.

Prepare as required de-skin and re-skin the car or landing doors in 20g 304 grade satin polished stainless steel, the doors to be removed and refitted by us, free issue astragals and door slippers along with a final adjustment may be necessary by the lift Co.

Prices are open for acceptance for a period of six months subject to increases in material costs, and are subject to your drawings, our site survey and agreement on final design and finishes. 

Please note all finishes quoted for, except where stated otherwise, are from the standard ranges of our own suppliers, if a supplier other than our own is specified, or a material from outside these ranges is specified this may have an effect on the prices quoted.
